We compile cost guides of all the defects reported with the condominium. These guides are based on what was visible at the time of the inspection. We recommended using them as a base guide along with contractors estimates. These costs are categorized and totaled for quick reference and put into a separate report that is easy to share with contractors, lawyers or realtors.
