Our Inspection Process
The home inspection is an unbiased, professional assessment of the house. We will provide you with a thorough report on the condition of the structure and various systems within the house.
The Inspection:
We arrive at your inspection on time. The inspection will last about 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours depending on the size of the home. We will work our way through the home you are purchasing and examine the visible and accessible components. During the inspection we will open electric panels and look for safety concerns. We will run the appliances, check the a/c, look for plumbing issues, examine the roof and a multiple of other items too long to list here.

After The Inspection:
After the inspection we can verbally go over our findings with you. We can take you around the home and show you any areas of concern. Feel free to ask any questions.
Your inspection reports will be emailed to you within 24 hours. We have found that we can give you a more accurate and detailed report by sending it to you from our office. Unlike inspectors that rush their “check style” report to give it to you on site, our narrative reports are detailed with lots of photographs and take time to produce.
You will receive two reports:
The “Summary Report” notes areas of concern in a clear and concise narrative, coupled with a “good faith” estimate to remedy such defect(s). It should be noted, that these estimates could fluctuate with a multitude of factors; hence we are not bound to them. This report was designed for our clients to provide a quick reference guide of the notable concerns, which can be easily distributed or used as a checklist of items that need attention.
The “Residential Inspection Report” is the entire and complete report. In addition to the findings of the “Summary Report”, this report is a complete and comprehensive report; that includes but is not limited to: photos, research tools, and other useful information
